I am very pleased with the work these individuals did with my current mortgage situation. I was in foreclosure, and they were able to negotiate my price down and save me hundreds on my mortgage payment. I strongly recommend working with this company, regardless of the rating they have. They were very professional and got everything handled in a timely manner. Working with anyone else would be an unwise decision.
