I sent Karis James Design Consultants an email last year with no response. This was in reference to invoice #03012021PIF for lobby design & amenity design for $5,000 at apartment building I owned located in Sunnyvale. On the amenity design portion they did absolutely nothing except send pictures of picnic tables, umbrellas, cornhole pad & BBQ and billed me $2,500. That was wrong and unprofessional. I could see $250 maybe. They owe me $2,250. If you continue to ignore this I will contact the state licensing board
